The Ratio Christi staff National Conference is an annual gathering for field staff across the country to be inspired, envision the future, obtain desired community with other campus ministers, and receive training & workshops to grow as effective leaders. It is critical for our chapter directors to meet and spend time with each other. Their time together is possibly the greatest asset in keeping them excited, encouraged, and motivated in their ministry efforts. After their time together, they feel and know that they are not alone! 

We enjoy producing this event because it inspires our staff to continue in their challenging environments. The campus is a challenging environment and sometimes even their Christian communities sometimes present a hostile response to their apologetic-evangelism efforts. We also cast vision about where our organization is headed so that they know of the work that national staff has been conducting on their behalf. Finally, we bolster our time together with training and workshops to provide education on evolving landscapes and trends, to the tried-and-true methods of fundraising.
