Is Christianity Good or Bad for the World? With Dr. Corey Miller

In February, our Princeton Ratio Christi chapter hosted Dr. Corey Miller for a lecture titled “Is Christianity Good or Bad for the World?”

Despite a blizzard that day, nearly 50 students attended in person. A few even traveled from Rutgers University, and others from campuses across New Jersey, joined virtually.

Dr. Miller presented a thoughtful case for Christianity’s positive influence on the world, highlighting its impact on human dignity, education, and moral reasoning. He also challenged students to pursue a more serious, engaged Christian presence on campus.

The response was very encouraging. Students were engaged, asked strong questions, and expressed gratitude for the opportunity to wrestle with these ideas in an academic setting.

As the Proverbs say, “Iron sharpens iron; so we sharpen one another.” Ratio Christi at Princeton provides an encouraging environment to have open and honest discussions about the Christian faith and its place in the world. We encourage all thoughtful students to attend, both Christians and non-Christians, for open and deep conversations.
